First things first.
You start with an in-depth intake form to get a total picture of your entire health. The body is intricate and systems are interwoven. Hannah will do the detective work to untangle what is going on underneath the hood; together we will get you back on the path to healing and peace.
Initial sessions are about 90 minutes; this ensures plenty of time to discuss your past medical history, health concerns, and most importantly your health goals.

After your initial consultation
You will receive a personalized lifestyle + nutrition plan, an organic herbal blend tailored to your symptoms and health goals, as well as personalized high-quality supplement recommendations.
You will have direct messenger access to Hannah for any questions throughout the month and consistent weekly check-in's for ongoing motivation and encouragement. You will also gain access to Hannah's complete library of online course material ranging from gut health, how to balance your hormones, recipes, herbal medicine making videos, and more.
Between monthly sessions, motivational weekly check in's, and access to an abundant library of holistic and healing information, you will feel supported, inspired, and transformed. You will learn everything you need to know to go from a life of feeling stuck to vitality, energy, and wellness.

how long
should I plan
to be in the membership?

The membership auto-renews monthly and follow up appointments are typically 60 minutes. From here we determine what is working and make necessary adjustments to fine tune your healing and hone your intuition. Herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle changes take time, this is not a 30 day fix; you are creating lifelong, lasting change.
most clients stay enrolled three to six months. however, depending if you have had chronic symptoms for several years, your commitment level, amount of time you are able to invest in your health will all determine how long it takes for the body to come back into balance. cell turnover, tissue repair, and dropping old limiting beliefs can take time, but once the body is healed - you will always know what to do going forward to support yourself.
the goal is for you to not need me or any practitioner for that matter. to no longer need to outsource, to trust yourself fully, feel confident in your health, and to leave this membership as the healer in your home.
when your health goals are reached, feel free to discontinue your membership and enjoy your life of energy and wellness.

more
support?
often times when we give the body what it needs, it naturally course corrects and heals. however, if there has been long standing chronic illness, functional lab testing and/or supplementation may be needed.
Functional labs helps us look under the hood and can give us objective data on where we need to target our plan. No more guess work. Some clients opt to do this in the first session to get a jumpstart on their healing and understand the root cause from the beginning - some prefer to wait a few months to see how the body responds. I trust your decision on this.
Supplements can be thought of as training wheels - used for a short time, until your body is nourished enough to thrive on its own. I believe that nature, herbs, lifestyle, movement, sunshine, and our food is our multivitamin, however, if there has been long term chronic illness, the body may need supplementation for a boost.
last but not least, sometimes our subconscious beliefs hold us back from healing. our mind can be powerful and the stories we tell ourselves can have a direct impact on our physical body and spirit. I'm here to tease out those limiting beliefs with you so your healing can occur.

why a membership and not single sessions?

After working with an extensive amount of clients, a pattern has emerged. As humans, we start off excited to do something new; we buy the work out pants, some fancy herbal teas and supplements, get inspired by Pinterest recipes and do really great for the first couple weeks. Yes!
But then, we forget to schedule the follow up, life gets busy, the new gym shoes get lost in the back of the closet, we go back to grabbing convenient foods that weigh us down, the supplement bottles are half full and shoved in a drawer.

The worst part is the negative self talk that kicks in "I can never stick to anything" "what is wrong with me" "I'm such a loser" "I'm so lazy" "This isn't possible for me"
...I've heard it all and it breaks my heart.
At this point clients either fall off into old habits or feel embarrassed to start this work over again - and every time we start over again people say something along the lines of "why bother"

old patterns and limiting beliefs can be sticky, deeply rooted, run on auto pilot, have a grip on us that feels like shackles. These patterns may have been our "normal" for years. The good news is they aren't impossible to break - they do however require time and consistency.
When clients show up consistently like in the monthly membership, invest in their health and have a session already booked for the month ahead, consistent check ins in between sessions, a personal cheerleader - new patterns are created, new subconscious beliefs, a new way of being with long term lasting results - a new normal.
