Mother Earth Yoga & Sound Healing

Mother Earth is our one and only home. She gives to us endlessly, and it is up to us to learn her teachings and caretake her land. It is imperative that we take the time to show our respects for the food she offers, the plant fibers that become our clothes, the raw materials to put a roof over our head, and the water she gives us for life. Without her, we would not be.

Enjoy an afternoon with a grounded yoga flow, extended savasana with guided meditation, and completed with a sound bowl session for the ultimate healing. We will spend our time flowing barefoot on the Earth, listening to the sounds of the birds, flowing under the clouds, and taking in the scents of the forest.
