Deep Dive.

I'm a science nerd and I'm going to try to make you one too. The Body is MAGICAL y'all and I truly believe if you understand HOW your body works then you will understand the WHY to your dis-ease. 

When working in the hospital I noticed the biggest barrier to healing was people not understanding their health. I spent countless hours educating on the mechanics of the body, the anatomy, and what was happening at the cellular level. When people understand how their body works they are SO much more inclined to make change. 

I believe in the power of informative education. This course is jam packed with easy to understand videos and and information where I walk you through step by step to everything that is happening behind the curtain.

The Right Food for YOU.

There's A LOT of information out there about what's the best diet, the best supplement, superfood of the month, etc. You get the picture. I'm not here for that. 

I don't believe in out supplementing a bad diet, I don't believe in spending thousands of dollars on herbs (although I have). I don't believe in restrictive dieting; I believe in real food that makes you feel INCREDIBLE and sparkly on the inside.

 

We are all uniquely made up depending on our genetics, stress factors, age, gender, etc. and what works for one person doesn't work for everyone (enough with xyz being the ONLY way)

I'll also break down some buzz words like.. what is a good healthy fat, and what exactly are green leafy vegetables.
